You've always wanted to take pottery classes...so do it!
Ages 8 to adult can explore clay in a spacious studio environment
creating clay pieces to be proud of.
Our studio is equipped with five potter's wheels,
a slab roller, extruder for hand building projects and two large kilns.
Students will be exposed to wheel throwing techniques used to form bowls, mugs and plates on a potter's wheel. Advanced students create lidded pots, vases,
pitchers, birdbaths and whatever their ability and imagination will allow. Everyone will learn craftsmanship and glazing techniques needed to complete their projects successfully.

Instructors:
Paul Romanick is a certified art teacher K-12 and has specialized and taught
pottery in his studio for 17 years. Working with many ages and skill levels
over the years Paul has developed a wide variety of lessons for students to explore
and create. Paul will be happy to help students engineer
and create pieces of their own design.
LaTonya Romanick, who specializes in hand building, sculpting and glaze painting techniques, will also be available to work with students.

Classes of no more than five students are held every Wednesday and Friday
from 4:00 - 8:00. Call for availability and class times.
Classes cost $385.00 for six-3 hour sessions,
(2 hours of instruction and 1 hour to explore clay on your own).
This includes a 25 lb. bag of clay, glazes and tools to finish your work.
All of our glazes are lead free, microwave and dishwasher safe.

Everyone will have fun creating 6 to 10 pieces and gain a greater appreciation
of hand made pottery!
